Frequently asked questions

A highway at night with a banner and flag promoting Free Alberta Land.

Does your name refer to "free land" or land in a "free Alberta"?

Both. The new "Republic of Alberta", if and when that happens, will be finally free of dreadful restrictive politics, and will own millions of acres of land once held by its old government and previously known as "Provincial Crown" land. This land will then be available to its people and the corporate entities that are ready to accept it. Our company strives to be one of the first on that list. We are ready. We will accumulate land quickly and quietly and we intend for our 40 shareholders to own it jointly. This is our goal. Be ready with us and join us if you qualify and the concept is right for you.

Where does the company find land?

Our shareholders, along with real estate professionals are constantly watching for "screaming good deals" to add to our portfolio. Once you join our team, we would appreciate if you would also be our eyes and ears and watch for good deals for our company to acquire. Our buying methods, secrets and strategies are available exclusively to our shareholders.

Where is "Free" land in Alberta?

At the moment most land parcels that are free or nearly free are in remote parts of northern Alberta, or in the beautiful western rolling foothills, some with spectacular views. Much of it is heavily treed and inappropriate for agricultural work or development at the moment, but hey, maybe we can sell the trees? Or host a hunting camp? Or a fishing lodge? Or a back country retreat? Pan for gold? A campsite? Hiking trails? The possibilities seem endless for the entrepreneurial mind. (Our vacant land will also be available for our shareholders to use year-round for camping or hiking or hunting at no cost.)

And as a new country the Republic of Alberta vacant land (currently known as provincial crown land) will become available to its people and will very likely appreciate rapidly. Crown land is all around Alberta and much of it is adjacent to private land, so some of it can be developed immediately.

Will I actually own land?

YES! You own the company, well, your share of the company (if you are approved as a potential owner). The intent is that there will be 40 partners and never any more than that. Your company will also have an established credit rating, so your credit details remain your own and are not requested by us. So as your company accumulates Alberta land it will automatically make YOU a legal owner of Alberta land, but the security rules are stringent.

How much land is required and at what value?

According to the land rules and regulations for land ownership, the amount of land and the value of land are both insignificant. The question can only be asked by one statement, which is simply:

"Do you own any real estate in Alberta?"

You get to say: "Well yes, as a matter of fact, I do!"

No one cares how much. You have equal rights if you own one acre or millions of acres. Your company will acquire more and more land through time at no further cost to you.

All of the land can't be free?

True.  We often find land that requires financing, but as a group it is easy to get financing and each of us do not take a lot of risk.

Land deals that we decide to pass on can be purchased as joint ventures through our group networking, often without much personal credit.

How much does it cost in total? All in?

$1,000.00 for a single share, someday, but not now, only available ONCE. For now you can only ask to get on the waiting list. We will get to know each other. Minimum purchase will be one share; maximum purchase will be 5 shares. There is currently no tax on the purchase of Alberta Corporate Shares. There are no hidden fees, no annual dues, no land transfer costs, no legal fees. No tax. Everything necessary is paid by the corporation.

If you're all set up, why get more shareholders?

Good question. It's because we need and want 40. As more shareholders get involved, more of us will be hunting for good deals, and more land deals will show up. We can rely on each other's knowledge. Also, by having a Board of Directors and various committees to evaluate land offers, we can grow more rapidly. You can be involved as much or as little as you like, all future dividends and future earnings would be split between the aggregate number of shareholders, as their interests appear. This is your ground-floor opportunity, and it only comes by one time.

How do I profit from the land?

Don't be side-tracked. That is not why we do this at the moment. We have not sold any land, and our current shareholders don't intend to. Our list of owners will be published once annually when we file our continuance. Until then, no need to ask. Once you are an owner, you will learn the secrets, and your vote will be heard if you still feel that way. Our current mission is to acquire land and businesses, not to sell it/them. We are currently researching the feasibility of a campground which will be a great place for you as an owner to take your RV, and camp (FOR FREE) any day of the year.  Our research has found a profitable restaurant in central Alberta, a fuel depot, a retail store, and more. Details are shared with company owners only. Transfers and trades and growth of corporate assets will be "rolled back" into more land, all of which you or your heirs will own a share and hold the legal document to its exclusive use. There may be no distributable financial gain for many years, but steady growth is the goal.

YOUR BENEFIT COMES TODAY, AND RIGHT NOW, by virtue of being a student of an Alberta Corporation that is continually seeking to acquire more land.

You might also benefit greatly by being a part of Alberta prior to its separation from Canada and possible "grandfathered rights" that come with proof of an Alberta address, an Alberta corporation, and Alberta land ownership.

What happens if Alberta becomes a new country?

Wonderful. You can honestly say that you owned a piece of Alberta when it was Canada and claim all rights that are attached to that status.

What happens if Alberta does not separate from Canada?

Wonderful. You can grow with the company or request and immediately redeem your share(s) to receive all of your money back. But at least you were prepared during these troubled political times.

Can I make payments on my share purchase?

YES. When the time is right, we will talk about that. Leave us your details and ask any questions by email at: wetreatyouright@gmail.com

How do I qualify and what is the share price?

What is the share price?

Currently, a ball-park figure for 1/40th of the company is about $1,000.00. That will change as the company's asset base changes.

How is value established?

When a share becomes available, we will assess the value of the company's holdings and obligations, and the share value will be equal to 1/40th of that amount.

Does the company have Mortgage Services?

We have chosen a mortgage broker who is very experienced and qualifying to obtain a share in the corporation

How do I qualify to join?

The Alberta Securities Commission has strict rules about share purchases without a formal prospectus. A discussion with us or with them will determine if you fall into the exemptions categories of select family member, Accredited investors, close personal friends, business associates, persons or corporations that are "not the public"

Will this ever be a "public offering?"

No

the fine print

To Be Clear:

This project is not designed to be an investment proposal in the form of some get-rich-quick scheme, but rather an education sharing by experience of the shareholders with each other.

There is never a promise of long-term financial gain or profit, we will simply buy and hold land and teach you how to do the same for no additional fee.

The primary purpose of this corporation is to offer a legal platform for its shareholders to weather the political storm during a possible secession of Alberta from Canada. The secondary and tertiary purposes are to teach, encourage and guide people interested in Alberta real estate.

Remember that 100% of shares purchased are refundable if Alberta is still a Canadian province in five years.

On the other hand, if Alberta becomes a new nation and our real estate thrives, future profits can and will be divided among all shareholders as taxable dividends or gains, or alternatively, they can be reinvested as generational wealth.

Thought Provoking Questions

Please reach us at wetreatyouright@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Maybe it's time we were independent of Canada and the Commonwealth of Britain?

A socialist country, run by a dictator, can soon become communist. Canada's fearless leader is making secret deals with China that may be irreversible. You should be worried. Remember that you can eventually vote Canada into communism, but you can never vote yourself out of it. Think hard. Choose carefully. CONSIDER INDEPENDENCE.

There is no turning back. You have one chance to make things right. CONSIDER INDEPENDENCE, because you know that Alberta is ready. And please donate here today to help us spread the word. e-transfers accepted at our email address or follow links to PayPal.
