1). Share Certificate for ONE (1) Class "A" Preferred Voting share in a certified and registered Alberta corporation known as Alberta Land Consortium Inc.

2), By owning even one share in the corporation you will forever own your proportionate share of the company's assets and all real estate that the corporation holds and acquires. This will cost you nothing more at any time, unless you choose to joint venture with another owner or owners on various side projects that the main corporation passes on. (We can't buy them all, so we will offer deals to our members from time to time.). No annual dues, no taxes, no fees, just non-expiring ownership.

3). Legal, verifiable proof of ownership, which opens doors to opportunity.

4). A permanent Alberta address. (Which in itself is very valuable.)

5). Free mail forwarding back to you (for five years), wherever you live, whether it be in Canada or anywhere around the world.

6). Free use (as an owner) to access any and all of the wilderness properties that the company acquires, for snowmobiling, camping, hiking, hunting, etc. Your ownership documents allow you or your guests to legally walk right past the "No Camping", or "No Hunting" or "No Trespassing" signs.

7). First option to buy any land deals that we pass on, you can also "joint venture" with other members using little or none of your own financing.

9). As an owner, you have free and instant access to the years of experience of other group members, who guide you through real estate purchases, helping you avoid very costly rookie errors. This can save you many thousands of dollars.

1). Your share (or shares) becomes your lifetime asset, all shares are sellable, tradable, and willable to future generations. Your heirs can legally own a piece of Alberta forever at no cost other than your initial purchase price.

2). Shares are fully refundable on their fifth anniversary if Alberta has not seceded from Canada.

3). There will never be more than 10,000 shares in the corporation.

4). You automatically become a partner in any and all real estate purchases and all other corporate assets acquired by the company.

5). You are allowed to hold shares "in trust" for minors, so the whole family can be involved.

6). Holders of ten or more shares will be invited to meetings at regular intervals to sit with the board of directors of the corporation for the purpose of selecting real estate projects for the corporation to acquire. (Some projects will be purchased by the company; the rest are made available to venture groups within the company roster.)

4). As an Alberta corporation shareholder and landowner, you may qualify more easily for Alberta residency, immigration (not to Canada, but to the new Alberta), dual passports, dual citizenship and unrestricted travel permission throughout the new and free Alberta.

6). Alternatively, you may transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours. Please be sure to give us the exact spelling of the name that you want to see on land titles, or on your share certificates, whether personal or corporate, along with pertinent contact information. Kindly include the name and contact information of anyone who referred you to this project or tell us how you heard of us. You will receive your serial numbered share certificate(s) by a National Courier Service or by Canada Post Registered Mail. (usually less than two weeks)
